For audit firms

Audit management software built around the audit file

Plan, sample, confirm and document in one file that is ready for inspection, with the time, billing and team management of a full practice system underneath.

What changes

One file, end to end

From acceptance to sign-off, every step and its evidence in the same place.

Confirmations without chasing

Letters go out under your letterhead and replies are matched to the request.

Ready for inspection

Reviews, sign-offs and archive dates are recorded as you work.

What you can do

Engagement acceptance and independence

Accept the engagement, confirm the team's independence and set the period, framework and reporting deadline.

Trial balance and risk

Import the trial balance, map it to the financial statement lines and record risks against assertions.

Materiality (ISA 320)

Choose a benchmark, set overall and performance materiality and the clearly trivial threshold, with a written rationale and approval.

Monetary unit sampling (ISA 530)

Select balances with MUS from the trial balance. Banks and related parties can always be included; changes are approved and kept.

Confirmations (ISA 505)

Send confirmation letters from your own firm identity and email. Replies are read and matched to the request; differences become proposed adjustments.

Workpapers, review and archive

Prepare, review and sign off workpapers by role, track client requests (PBC) and findings, and close the file on time.

Frequently asked questions

Which standards does Veritana follow?

Veritana supports audit workflows aligned with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA), including ISA 320 for materiality, ISA 530 for sampling and ISA 505 for external confirmations.

Are confirmation letters sent in our firm's name?

Yes. Letters, PDFs and emails use your firm's legal name, logo, letterhead and email account. Veritana's name does not appear.

Who can approve materiality and sampling?

Approval rights follow your roles. A typical flow is assistant, senior, manager, then partner sign-off, and a preparer cannot approve their own work.

Can we also run time and billing in the same system?

Yes. Veritana Audit runs on top of Veritana Practice, so engagement time, budgets and invoices live next to the audit file.
